Dr. Jeff Firkins earned his B.S., M.S., Ph.D., and postdoctoral in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Illinois. As a Distinguished Professor at The Ohio State University, he researches dairy microbiology and nutrition, especially microbial protein synthesis and fiber degradation.
