Dr. Valentina Trinetta holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Milan and has extensive experience in food safety and microbiology. Before joining Kansas State University as an Associate Professor, she worked as a Principal Microbiologist at Ecolab. Her research focuses on pathogen survival in food environments and effective sanitation strategies.
