If a Commercial Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Commercial Agreement will control solely with respect to its subject matter, and these Terms will continue to apply in all other respects. These Terms do not amend or replace a signed Commercial Agreement unless both parties expressly agree to that amendment in a writing signed by authorized representatives.

The parties will then attempt in good faith to resolve it through direct negotiation for thirty (30) days.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version and updating the 'Last updated' date. Changes will apply prospectively from their effective date, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by law. Your continued use of the website or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
