Dr. Luiz Ferraretto is Assistant Professor and Ruminant Nutrition Extension Specialist at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He holds a B.S. in Animal Science from São Paulo State University (UNESP) and a Ph.D. in Dairy Science from UW–Madison. His work focuses on practical applications of dairy nutrition, with emphasis on forage quality, starch and fiber utilization, and feed efficiency.

Dr. Todd Callaway
Dr. Todd Callaway is Professor of Ruminant Nutrition and Gastrointestinal Microbiology at the University of Georgia. He holds degrees in Animal and Dairy Science from UGA and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Cornell University. Before joining UGA, he spent 18 years with USDA-ARS in Texas. His research focuses on the cattle gut microbiota, food safety, and production efficiency. He has received awards from ASAS, USDA, and AFIA.
