Dr. Teresa Morishita is a Professor of Poultry Medicine and Food Safety and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Western University of Health Sciences. A graduate of the University of California, Davis, she holds a DVM, MPVM, MS, and PhD in Comparative Pathology. Her work centers on avian disease management, epidemiology, and education in poultry medicine.
