Dr. Alexandre Thibodeau earned his Ph.D. in Veterinary Science from the University of Montreal, where he now serves as Associate Professor and Research Chair in Meat Safety. His research focuses on gut microbiota, foodborne pathogens, and swine health, using molecular and microbial ecology approaches.
